David N. Clark

Both a past rancher, and a master wood worker, David moved to Reedville, and started helping restore, and build, wooden boats at the Reedville Fisherman's museum boat shop. He felt the area needed a program that both developed it's children, and the local economy to build upon the area's rich history of seafood and boat building. He passionately leads the team at NNK-WBS. David's vision is driving the growth and impact of our program.

Katie Wilkins

D9 is a retired USAF Colonel/pilot and retired member of the Department of Defense’s Senior Executive Service. He holds a doctorate in education from UPenn. He led program at DoD that help over 250,000 military service members a year transition from military to private sector. He and his wife own the Reedville Coffee House, and is the Chair of the Reedville Fisherman’s Museum Education Committee. He is passionate about building a workforce transition pipeline for our youth.

Northumberland County Public Schools Gifted Coordinator and teacher. Katie is involved with many local organizations promoting education and conservation. A veteran to boats, she is an angler, enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking, and time spent on the river and Chesapeake Bay.

Frank DiGiovanni, "D9"

A technologist and business leader, Sit built a career at integrating people, process, and technology to enable our current world. He is also an avid kayaker, boater, and angler. Sit is involved local programs to improve the fishery, shoreline, and the economic future of Northumberland County, the Northern Neck, and Virginia. Shauna McCranie

Shauna is the team's advisor and mentor from our parent organization, the Reedville Fishermen's Museum. Shauna, before becoming the Executive Director of the museum, was an art teacher within the Lancaster County Schools, and then she led the gifted program within Northumberland Middle School.

As a daughter of a waterman, she grew up with a devotion to the traditions of, and the potential for this special place we call the Northern Neck.

Stephen Friske

After finishing his teaching career in the Northeast, Stephen moved down to the Burgess area of the NNK, where among other things, has been helping NNK-WBS translate conversations and ideas into school-quality curriculum and lesson plans.
